Celluloco 10 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Offer

If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a period of 10 days after you have received your purchased item(s), we will allow you to return us such item(s) by issuing you a Return Authorization Number. This guarantee applies exclusively to all accessories sold on our site. Please note that all mobiles are exempted from this guarantee as they are sold on a "all sales are final" basis, except when such item is defective, whereby Celluloco.com is committed to a full replacement for a new, working unit. Please be aware the even though your mobile cannot be returned to us, you will continue to enjoy the confort of your manufacturer's warranty, offered by the maker of every mobile we sell.
To claim your right towards our 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please be mindful of the following set of conditions:
- Returns must be initiated no later that 10
days after you have signed for your purchase.
- Returns must be pre-authorized by us via in-house codes we will provide
you via email that will be specific to the nature of your dissatisfaction.
Please email us your exact issue with your purchase here
so that we may handle it as soon as possible.
- For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available
for handsfree/bluetooth accessories (This does not apply to faulty goods).
- Batteries are not returnable due unless reported
dead on arrival to us within 24 hours of customer's receipt
of goods here.
- For reasons of copyright infringements, there will be no refunds on any
accessory that includes software that has been opened by you or anyone else.
- Returns must include all
literature and original box. Defaced
boxes or tampered software will waive your right towards a return for refund.
- Returns will be subject to full inspection by our RMA Department and will
be rejected if we find anything missing in the box or if your return shows excessive wear and tear.
- Returns will be subject to a 25%
restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE HERE.
- Returns will be credited on your credit card within 4-6 weeks from the date
we received it. We will send you an email notifying you of our receipt of
your return.
