I.   Overview: A Seamless, Easy Process

1.1   Shopping in our site could not be more secure, efficient and hassle free!  We offer 2 secure methods to place you order online that simple and direct.  The first option is real time entry of your order via ouur LIVEHELP chat module that provides you and your Celluloco.com Wireless Sales Consultant a secured 128bit encrypted environment whereby you can exchange your sensitive information on real time without any fear of having  it "compromised" to a stranger.  The second option of online ordering, perhaps the most used of the 2, is the infamous online shopping cart where we also provides you with a 128bit SSL encryption for peace of mind.

II.   Using LIVEHELP Chat Module to Place Your Order

III.    Using Our Online Shopping Cart to Place Your Order

3.1   Your Shopping Bag

The shopping bag page shows you all of the items you've collected during any particular shopping session. You can go to this page whenever you wish to review the items you are preparing to purchase, whether it's one item or ten items. The shopping bag will show you a picture of the item(s) you've placed in the shopping bag, as well as its name, price and quantity. From the shopping bag you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing) by clicking the button that reads "update".

For the convenience of our shoppers, we will hold the items in your shopping bag for as long as you want, provided that your browser has cookies enabled. Please remember that because of high demand and stock irregularities, we have only limited quantities of most products and that stocks can run out any time. Hence, we recommend purchasing items as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any product of interest.

3.2   Adding an Item to Your Shopping Bag

Go to a product's information page, scroll down to PURCHASE OPTIONS and select the desired color (sometimes phones are available in several different colors), enter desired quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the shopping bag page where you'll see the item you just added.

3.3   Deleting an Item From Your Shopping Bag

Click the "Delete Item" icon below  the item's quantity or change the item's quantity to 0 on the shopping bag page.

3.4   Changing Quantities on Any Item Added to Shopping Bag

Change the number in the quantity box and click the "Update Button" at bottom.

3.5  Verifying Exact Shipping Costs to Your Delivery Address

In order to provide you with accurate Fedex shipping cost on your purchase, we need to know the precise location of where we re shipping it the goods.  The way to do that is to have you register with us at this time.  It takes about a minute and you will never have to do it again.  With the user ID and password created by you, you will be able to track you Celluloco.com Account in the future by simply logging into our site.  So go on and click on "REGISTER NOW" . For returning customers, please click on "LOG IN" 

3.6   Purchasing the Items in Your Shopping Bag 

 Click the "Checkout" button and follow the checkout instructions (order steps).

3.7   The Check Out Process

Celluloco.com requires from all customers to create a Celluloco Account in order to complete a purchase.  We assure you that your information will be kept private and secure. For more info, please read our privacy policy.  

3.8  New Customers

New customers will be asked to enter their email address, first name, last name and preferred password in order to create a Celluloco account. Upon successful registration, you will be directed to the start of the checkout process - the shipping information. Follow the instructions from this point on to enter the shipping and billing information, and then review your order before placing it.

3.9   Returning Customers

Ahhh, what a breeze! Returning customers have it easy accessing their Celluloco Account.  Just click on "LOG IN" button and enter your user ID and password to be directed quickly to the checkout index page where your shipping and billing information has been pre-filled for you (if you have updated your express checkout information).  If you have forgotten your password or user ID, you should visit here.

3.10   Payment

If your country is part of the our approved list for credit card use, please click on CREDIT CARDS as the form of payment of choice.  If not, please click on the alternative, PHONE ORDERS so that the system will generates an email for your order so that we can contact you back either by phone or by email to provide you with instructions for alternate forms of payment such as  'Bank Wire Transfer' or Western Union' .

3.11    About Your Sales Receipt

As one of our top priorities is to settle, pick and pack your order as quickly as possible, very often times your package will not include a sales receipt.  It is customary for Celluloco.com to email all of it shoppers their sales receipts usually 7-14 days after their order has been processed.  If you did not yet get your sales receipt, please request one here.

3.12   Tracking Your Order After You Placed It


You will be able to view the payment and shipping status of your order by logging into your Celluloco Account.  Please note that your order will only be shipped after your payment is completed.
