- Celluloco.com offers both warranty of merchantability
and of fitness of use on all of its products, both of which are guaranteed
to you through our 10
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Please bear in mind that data
transfer compatibility issues of our media devices with your wireless service
providers are not protected by these warranties. All returned
items under our 10 day guarantee must follow strict guidelines explained in
- Any and all technical defects regarding your purchase after our 10 day
grace period (aka 10
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy) of your receiving of that product must
be reported directly to that respective manufacturer for warranty redemption.
Celluloco.com's liability of any product exchange or refund to customers ends
at the end of the 10 day grace period and is transferred to manufacturer of
the product, regardless of whether or not the product is an import and that
it may only be serviced through manufacturer's warranty repair centers outside
of the U.S. In sum, customer's only legal recourse of product warranty after
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy becomes the manufacturer's warranty,
wherever in the world it is redeemable and in whatever way such manufacturer
decides to handle it. Customer understands that by purchasing a product through
Celluloco.com, he agrees to the time frame and contents of our 10
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and that the manufacturer, even if situated
overseas, is his only recourse for product warranty after the maturity of
these 10 days.
- Product warranty does not
cover any batteries. To avoid the need to purchase replacement batteries for
a new phone, Celluloco.com suggests that all batteries be charged for at least
a 12 (twelve) hour period prior to their initial use. Failure to do so will
render your battery unfit and incapable of performing to the standards claimed
by manufacturer. The only instance where Celluloco.com will exchange a battery
will be if it reported D.O.A. (dead on arrival) within 48 hours of product
receipt after initial 12 hour charge has resulted ineffective.
- Should you have a technical issue with your purchase after the 10 day period
allowed to you, Celluloco.com does offer
technical support online to assist you in resolving the issue on a
basic level. In case of full blow technical failures, we do recommend
that you recourse your Manufacturer's Warranty* which is in effect for a period
of up to one (1) year from your purchase date. A manufacturer's warranty
generally covers technical failures and fitness of use with your GSM provider
of your choice provided that you enter the correct "data access protocol"
specific for your provider (read here
for browser settings help). It does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid damage,
or normal wear and tear from use of the product.
- Customers are reminded that most of our media devices are imports and might
not come with an English manual since they were not meant to the American
market at the time of their inception. They all do, however, come with
full English firmware loaded on them and if your mobile arrived in a foreign

User's Guide to your media device may be available for immediate download
in our page dedicated to that product in
the form of a .pdf Acrobat Reader file (look right below the thumbnail of
the product). This is in fact is great solution to the lack of manuals
since it is a fully thumbnailed solution easy to navigate and to find the
answers to all of yours doubts.
- When purchasing a product a Celluloco.com, customers understands that our
disclosure of full waiver of product warranty liability to customer upon and
after the maturity of our
10 Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is of binding and legal effect to
customer's credit card issuer in the sense that it legally prevents customer

seen on U.S. soil, Celluloco.com regrets to inform that manufacturers will not
provide warranty support in the U.S. on most of the media devices we sell. In
the rare event that the mobile you purchased from us is endorsed by an U.S.
carrier, you will be able to submit it to the U.S. manufacturer for warranty

must first fax them your RMA request to 972-417-0211. They will reply
with the instructions you'll need to log on to their site and generate a
trouble ticket with which to ship your mobile to them.
** When shipping phone to a manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement,
please do not ship any accessory with your phone (i.e. battery, battery cover,
chargers) They will not return these to you. Always make sure to include
a copy of your sales receipt (if you don't have one, please request one
and your name, return address along with a brief description of the failure
The entire list of mobiles detailed below are not warranted in the U.S. Our
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy will guarantee all buyers of product exchange
in case of technical failure for up to 10 (ten) calendar days after their receipt
of the merchandise provided that there are no signs of user negligence and that
the mobile is returned in the same complete manner (i.e. original box, literature
and accessories) in which they received the merchandise from us. Ineligible
returns will be sent back to the buyer at his expense. Recourse for ineligible

of the U.S., please be reminded that by doing so you agree to hold Celluloco.com
harmless of any losses, return time frame obligations and any and all work performed
that will render your product unfit for use. Futhermore, you will also agree
to hold Celluloco.com harmless of any agency relationship with the manufacturer
overseas. In a nutshell, Celluloco.com will be making the submission to the
overseas manufacturer as a gratitude to our customer's business, not partaking
any legal participation in such act.

Manufacturer's Warranty redemption procedures once we learn that any of our
media devices have been granted FCC licensing in the U.S. which usually signifies
that the U.S. division of the manufacturer will start support its warranty here
