Celluloco.com is proud
to offer low, flat-rate shipping costs for shipments to
anywhere in the world. Currently, we
only accept CREDIT CARD payment online for orders
shipping inside the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the countries listed below. Celluloco.com will only accept BANK WIRE or MONEY ORDER on all international orders shipping to the countries not listed below. There will be no exceptions made here.

Further details on PAYMENT FORMS for orders shipping outside of the U.S.:
- T/T Bank Wire Transfer (also known as SWIFT) - Please place your order online using our cart and select "BANK
WIRE" as a payment option. Our sales team will verify the authenticity
of your order and email you our banking instructions if order is legitimate
within 24 hrs of order placement. Once you've completed the money transfer,
you will email us the wire being sent. We will initiate the processing and
the shipment of your order once the funds have been verified on our account.
We will send you an email with your tracking information.
- Western Union Money Transfer - Please
place your order online using our cart and select "WESTERN UNION TRANSFER"
as a payment option. Our sales team will verify the authenticity of your
order and email you the money transfer instructions if order is legitimate
within 24 hrs of order placement. Once you've completed the money transfer,
you will email us the information we need to collect the funds on the same
day of your notification. We will initiate the processing and the shipment
of your order once the funds have collected. We will send you an email with
your tracking information.
UPS is our courier
of choice due to its proven record of on-time deliveries reassuring the security
of each package we ship. Here are the steps we take every order we approve
for shipping on our retail operation online/phone:
Package shipping within the U.S. (50 states and contiguous territories):
- Mobile is opened and inspected for functionality before packaging and for
completeness of accessories.
- If contents are valued at more than US$100.00, we will place freight insurance
for the full value of the items at no extra charge to you. This is done
by declaring a carriage value equivalent to the price of the sale.
- Package must be signed for by someone at the recipient's address.
If you're not physically present at the shipping address, only one re-attempt
delivery will be made. In case that fails, you will have to call 1-800-PICK-UPS
to find out the address of the hub near you that will keep your package for
no more than 2 business days for your pick up (must present valid ID).
If not picked up in that period, your package will be returned to us on your
expense. Returned our refused packages will result in the payment of
double freight by customer. We will assess those charges against his/her
credit card. We will not allow for drop-offs without signatures. No
exceptions will be made on this rule.
Package shipping outside of the U.S.
- Mobile is opened and inspected for functionality before packaging and for
completeness of accessories.
- If contents are valued at more than US$100.00, we will place freight
insurance for the full value of the items at no extra charge to you.
This is done by declaring a carriage value equivalent to the price of the
sale. Coincidentally, this will have a negative adverse effect responsibility
of paying customs duties in the country of delivery over the amount declared.
You will be responsible for payment of those
duties prior to the receipt of your package to your country's Customs facility.
- Package must be signed for by someone at the recipient's address.
If you're not physically present at the shipping address, only one re-attempt
delivery will be made. In case that fails, you will have to call UPS in
your country to find out the address of the hub near you that will keep your
package for no more than 2 business days for your pick up (must present valid
ID). If not picked up in that period, your package will be returned
to us on your expense. Returned our refused packages will result in
the payment of double freight by customer. We will assess those charges
against his/her credit card. We will not allow for drop-offs without signatures.
No exceptions will be made on this rule. Please
note that if your country's Customs facility charges us duties for "showboating"
your package into your country only to have it shipped back to us, that you
will become responsible for those duties as well. As crazy as this sounds,
it happens, and you need to know about it so that you can take an international
order more seriously. In fact, when you place an international order in our
site, you agree to authorize us to charge your credit card any and all duties
assessed in your country of entry in case you refuse to pay your Customs facility.
Shipping rates are calculated from the weight of the shipping package. Most
mobiles weight only a pound while there are some that are accompanied by "Bible
size" literature that will render a weight of 2 lbs on that package. This
helps to explain why it is that sometimes you will see us list the weight of a
phone as 2 lbs. That is shipping weight of the entire package, not of the
phone itself. However, since carriers charges for pounds transported and
not for weight of any individual item inside the box, please try to understand.

- Click 'REGISTER OR SIGN-IN / CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT'.
- Fill in your shipping and billing information.
- Review your order. The breakdown of the total sales cost,
including the final shipping cost is shown here !
Note: You may exit the checkout process anytime.
You are not obligated to complete the order if you are not satisfied with what
you have reviewed. Final shipping cost includes handling and package insurance
charges.
Celluloco.com does not currently charge sales tax for
items being shipped to any address in the world outside of the State of Florida,
U.S., where we are mandated by state statutes to redeem 7% sales tax on
everything sold in our site.For all international orders, customers are
responsible for paying the customs and import duties.
Celluloco.com cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For
more information, please contact your local customs office.
Celluloco.com usually picks, packs
and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your payment.
A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays.
While our shipping division strives to get your order out on the same day we receive
it, success will depend on that particular day's volume of orders coming in.
To increase your chances of same day shipping, we ask that you place your orders
before our shipping cut-off time of 3:00pm EST. All orders placed online and by
phone after our cutoff time will be shipped on the following business day.
- Delivery times quoted are estimates only.
We cannot be held responsible for any weather problems affecting your area.
In such cases, we ask that you use the tracking number we provide you to contact
www.UPS.com to check the latest status
of your package. International orders maybe significantly delayed in delivery
as a direct result of custom inspections in the country of the recipient.
- If we are shipping your purchase outside of the
U.S., please be reminded that we cannot be held responsible for delays in
delivery as a result of inspection delays in your country's customs
agency.
