II.   Concerns You May Have Upon Receiving Your Gadget:

  • My phone was not shipped w/ an English manual!  Download one here.

  • My phone is not set to the English language!  Learn how to set it to English here.

  • My phone does not browse the net! Learn about the GPRS settings you need to enter on your mobile according to your carrier here

  • My phone still won't browse the net after GPRS setting are entered!  You must open up a GPRS data account with your provider first.

  • My phone does not register my SIM card...there is not network picked up! Learn how to set your mobile to work in the right frequency band of GSM here.

III.   Questions you might have while using your mobile the first few weeks:

  • Why can't I see the right name for your provider on your screen?(i.e. you see Voicestream instead of T-Mobile) - Your mobile is an import and OEM factory unlocked. This means that it has not been spec'ed with the firmware from your provider which is what enables it to interpret the name correctly. Having accepted this is as a fact, you cannot change the name of carrier displayed because it is simply the way the firmware reads it. No need to worry if you are roaming or not. You won't be!

  • Why can't I get my voice/text mail tags to work properly with my import?

  • Will I need a different wall charger If I travel abroad?

  • Why didn't I get a SIM card with my "Celluloco"?

  • My box was opened and seal broken.  What to do?

  • Why can't I surf the net after visiting your "Getting  your browser's GPRS's Setting Correct"?

  • My battery dies off after 30 days I bought my Celluloco...What to do?
