III. Questions you might have
while using your mobile the first few weeks:

Why can't I see the right
name for your provider on your screen?(i.e. you see Voicestream instead of
T-Mobile) - Your mobile is an import and OEM factory
unlocked. This means that it has not been spec'ed with the firmware from your
provider which is what enables it to interpret the name correctly. Having
accepted this is as a fact, you cannot change the name of carrier displayed
because it is simply the way the firmware reads it. No need to worry if you
are roaming or not. You won't be!
